Job Description: Education Student Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Education Student Advisor to join our team at a dynamic recruitment agency specialising in student placements for educational institutions across the UK. This is a remote role with flexible hours, offering the opportunity to work independently while earning commission for each successful student recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Recruitment: Assist prospective students in finding suitable educational programs and institutions in the UK.

• Consultation: Provide tailored advice to students based on their academic background, career goals, and preferences.

• Application Assistance: Guide students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring they meet institutional requirements.

• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with students, educational institutions, and partners to facilitate smooth recruitment.

• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on UK educational offerings, admissions criteria, and visa requirements.

• Reporting: Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates to the agency.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the UK education system and admissions process.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Proficiency in using online tools and CRM systems to manage recruitment processes.

• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
